We cannot recommend Susan highly enough. We knew that we wanted to move to Winchester and Susan helped us explore neighborhoods and settle on one that had the right feel for us and where the homes were well-built and would hold their value.

She is very organized and provided us with a ton of easy-to-digest information. She spent a lot of time getting to know us and figuring out what we were looking for in a house/property.

When we found our perfect home, Susan really rolled up her sleeves and got to work! The transaction was not an easy one… the seller was not that motivated and there was a lot of negotiating that needed to be done. Susan handled it beautifully! She was in daily contact with us and her negotiation skills were amazing. She made a long and tenuous process manageable for us and she got us our house!
