As first-time home buyers, Susan was great at introducing us to the purchase process and had so much patience with us as we figured out the right town for us. It took us 6 months to find that right home, but Susan was there with us every step of the way. She also had a ton of patience and was incredibly persistent getting responses from the sellers through the P&S process and the close. We managed to get the home we wanted and we are looking forward to moving in!
