Mia Doherty a is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson on the McLaren Team. For the last three years, she has been a full time CrossFit Coach and the event coordinator for CrossFit Woburn in Woburn, MA. This is also her fourth season serving as the tournament and logistics director for the NERVA Juniors Gators Volleyball Club based in Bedford, MA. Prior to that, she spent 11 and a half years as an On Scene Coordinator for the US Environmental Protection Agency where she was responsible for the management, logistics, and budget of hazardous waste removal sites, regulated oil facility inspections, and environmental clean-up emergency responses. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Rhode Island in 2002 and has been working professionally ever since. She brings with her a strong planning and organizational background as well as a notable attention to detail. Mia handles all of the behind the scenes work that goes into the McLaren Team’s full service approach. She keeps all parties working in a timely and efficient manner. Her goal is to ensure a pleasurable and successful process for our clients. Mia also handles all of our social media and property marketing across 3rd party sites. She believes that there is nothing more exciting than finding the beauty in each of our listings no matter how big or small. Mia has a great eye and is able to find special features to highlight in a home or neighborhood and loves seeing our staging and marketing efforts come to life, online and in person. She is well versed in the market and enjoys seeing our client families discover their new home and community.
